Documents that cannot be notarized include Passports, Divorce Decrees, Marriage Certificates, and others found here
**Notarized copies, such as High School Diplomas are only $4, just make or have a normal copy made(at Staples for 11 cents) and I will notarize it.(I will need to see the original for authentication purposes as well).
**Travel Fee:I will travel anywhere in the City of Monterey Park free but if you live outside of Monterey Park I will require a 50 cents per mile fee unless you have several documents/signers in which case their will be no traveling fee.
